Brendan O'Brien Chairman

Brendan has enjoyed over 25 years in property investment and development. As the Principal of Kingston Properties in London, Brendan completed numerous premium residential developments. In 1999, seduced by Cape Town's beauty, Brendan decided to emigrate and take advantage of the vast range of opportunities in South Africa. His role encompasses all site acquisition and assembly, co-ordination of disposals and financing requirements.


Emma Trilby KaneOffice Manager

Emma is responsible for the day to day administration of the Group's diverse business affairs, with more than ten years' experience in the property sector.

Roger Price General Manager

An admitted attorney, Roger left practise to join an international investment bank where he remained for fifteen years. During this time, the latter eight years afforded him the opportunity to acquire a broad spectrum of property development skills whilst a banker in the specialised property development finance division. Roger's role within the Group includes responsibility for all legal and planning issues together with the day to day management of the entire Group.
